Cambridge City Council is in the process of mobilising an ambitious programme, 'Our Cambridge', which is designed to deliver a fundamental transformation of everything the council does while also making a substantial contribution to the savings requirements set out in the medium, term financial strategy.

As the Organisational Change Lead, you will be working across all workstreams, across the council and with other stakeholders across the city, in a collaborative, consistent and professional manner, to deliver a wide-ranging, cross-cutting, strategic change and engagement programme of activities which will underpin and inspire, motivate, and enable all our people to play their part in delivering the 'Our Cambridge' programme.

Naturally, you will be confident working across the full range of corporate services including community engagement and development, ICT and business transformation and projects with a significant strategy and policy component.

This will be a cultural, as well as digital, transformation therefore the requirement to understand organisational development and change is critical. The programme will require engagement across all teams and levels, and the team will need to guide and support the organisation to change rather than 'doing change to them'.
