I am currently looking for experienced SEN teaching assistants who are available for September to join a lovely primary school located in Enfield, London to help assist a child within KS1 with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis and in groups.

I am currently looking for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to work with a child in KS1 who is almost completely deaf.

The ideal candidate for this role:

* Previous SEN experience
* Able to use initiative
* Able to manage challenging behaviour
* Someone who is confident and passionate
* Open to personal care
* Has a knowledge of BSL or Makaton

This SEN Teaching Assistant role will involve a combination of in class support & 1:1 work outside of the classroom. They are looking for someone to start in September for a role which will last for the rest of the Academic year. This role has the potential to become ongoing or permanent as the child will need a consistent SEN Teaching Assistant to support them throughout Primary School.

This is a lovely mainstream primary school located in the heart of London within walking distance of the local tube/ over ground station on the Central Line & TFL rail.
