Our client, Brent Council is looking for a Operations Manager to join their Youth Offending Service.

Oversight of day to day running of the YOS
Oversight of court / bail and remand
Managing three team managers
Attending and chairing multi-agency meetings
Relationship building with other service areas across the Council and with wider partners.
Recruitment and oversight of staffing and workforce development

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
* Substantial experience in a Referral & Assessment team.
