Specialist Behaviour LSA / Secondary Behaviour Support

Remedy Education are looking for Specialist Behaviour learning support assistant to work in SEN school based in Loughton.

The role of a Behaviour learning support assistant will require you to work on one a 1:1 basis with Year 11 pupil with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).

You will promote positive behaviour and ensure the young person has access to learning and help them to achieve as SAT's approach, whilst also being involved in raising attainment for the pupil. This position is specifically for a candidate who has experience dealing with pupils, either in a mainstream or SEND setting, who have additional needs that lead to challenging behaviour.
