If you answered yes to the above, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you!

The Role - Behaviour Mentor:

A number of mainstream primary and secondary schools, pupil referral units and SEN Schools based across Camden, Islington, Enfield and Barnet are looking for experienced Behaviour Mentor's to work with pupils with challenging behaviour. You'll be working with students between the ages of 4 -19 who will need general classroom and behaviour support. A big part of your role as a Behaviour Mentor will be to assist and advice students so you would need to be nurturing, very patient and be a superb role model.

The successful Behaviour Mentor will need to be experienced in working with various behaviour needs as pupils will need specific approaches to help with their needs.

The Schools - Pupil Referral Unit:

Due to the high need for Behaviour Mentor's the schools are aiming to provide programmes that enable positive outcomes in education as well as employment. They cater for students between the ages of 4-19 with various challenging behaviour needs.
