Our client, Bedfordshire council is looking for a Social Worker to join their Fostering team.

The Fostering team work with foster carers to bring children up safely and help them achieve their potential. It's all about creating better outcomes and a bright new generation for our community. Help children to thrive by supporting foster carers, and you could find your greatness. During the current COVID-19 crisis there may be a need for redeployment into other service areas.
This role is for an assessing social worker and experience in assessment is essential. Your technical talents should come with a calm, organised approach. You will be supporting others in a crisis and using your initiative to solve issues. You will also have the communication skills to present high quality reports to panels and work with other agencies. You will also need sound IT skills too and be a capable professional.

You will need to be:

Social work england registered
Eligible to work in the UK
Atleast 1 year post qualifying experience
