The successful applicant should have key experiences in Early years, with particular knowledge and/or experience of delivering parenting programmes such as Strengthening Families, Strengthening communities, Family Links and/or Incredible Years.

In addition to this some knowledge of the delivery of Youth counselling services. The Role is to support the SAFE managers and would lead and supervise a small team of parenting facilitators, counselling lead worker and family support/Youth/community workers, with a key component of the role to measure outcomes and ensure data is produced to support review of the service functions.
