ASD Teacher - The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ASD Teacher to join one of our clients. This is a great opportunity to join a fun and dynamic school with an experienced team and passionate Head. In this role you will be Teaching a Year 7 group with complex needs and challenging behaviour. The class group are all on the Autistic Spectrum, so to succeed you will need to have experience working in a special school with these types of needs. You must know communications methods such as Pecs & Makaton, due to students being non-verbal.

ASD Teacher - The School

Our clients is a large SEN school with over 200 pupils, they specialise in catering to the needs of Children on the Autistic spectrum. This a great opportunity for an experience Teacher to join the team this March and hit the group running. They offer potential opportunities for staff looking permanent roles and will provide excellent CPD Training and support to all staff.
