Advanced Social Worker, Care Planning Team, Croydon
If you are an experienced Social Worker with a background working with children and families holistically, this could be the perfect job for you.
You will need to have significant experience of working in a statutory setting with children, making professional judgements that deliver improved outcomes.
Main duties include:
- Working with children on child protection plans, child in need plans and court experience.
- Undertaking effective analytical assessments and outcomes-focused care plans.
- Working in a statutory setting with children and making professional judgements that deliver improved outcomes.
- Assess children and families holistically.
- Develop, implement and review evidence-based multi-agency care plans.
Essential requirements:
- Diploma in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Registration with Social Work England
- ASYE completed
- Ability to communicate to a high standard verbally and in writing
