Advanced Social Worker, Care Planning Team, Croydon

If you are an experienced Social Worker with a background working with children and families holistically, this could be the perfect job for you.

You will need to have significant experience of working in a statutory setting with children, making professional judgements that deliver improved outcomes.

Main duties include:

• Working with children on child protection plans, child in need plans and court experience.
• Undertaking effective analytical assessments and outcomes-focused care plans.
• Working in a statutory setting with children and making professional judgements that deliver improved outcomes.
• Assess children and families holistically.
• Develop, implement and review evidence-based multi-agency care plans.

Essential requirements:

• Diploma in Social Work or equivalent qualification
• Registration with Social Work England
• ASYE completed
• Ability to communicate to a high standard verbally and in writing
