Job description

We are looking to recruit ABA tutors to teach children using Applied Behaviour Analysis techniques. The role involves working with children within their homes and in school settings.

If you are looking for a full time position you will be placed across two locations. Part- time applicants would be placed in one location. We are looking for applicants who are based in the South East London area to work in Southwark/Lewisham or are willing to travel.

Whilst no experience is necessary, a psychology or relevant degree is helpful and a natural enthusiasm and energy to work with children is essential. You are required to have a GCSE grade C in English or an equivalent qualification.

Full theoretical and practical training is provided with on going training and supervision. In addition, we provide the opportunity to pursue an excellent career path with the provision of training for progression into senior positions within the company.

The successful candidate must have effective interpersonal and communication skills; an ability to listen, understand, educate, advise and present and the ability to work as part of a professional team, including taking direction from managers and giving and receiving feedback to all members of the team.

As part of our commitment to safeguarding children and young people, appointment to this post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check with a check against the barred lists for children and adults.
