We are currently seeking 2 teaching assistant to join our SEMH school based in Bromley.

Ideally you will have previous experience working with pupils with extremely challenging behaviour and social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH). The position is within a secure school and will be highly challenging, but will offer you great job satisfaction and sense of achievement. If you have a passion for working challenging students and young youths then in is the perfect position for you.

The right candidate will need experience of supporting individuals with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) or Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) is essential, such as an understanding of the complexities related to this.

The ideal candidate would have a good knowledge of teaching and behaviour strategies relevant to this. A Team-Teach qualification are highly desirable, but not essential.
