1:1 Learning Support Assistant - The Roles:

The successful 1:1 Learning Support Assistant will be a confident, organised and compassionate person ready to hit the ground running either ASAP or after the Easter Break. You will be required to work 1:1 with students across a number of key stages ranging from EYFS to KS4. All of the students you will be working with will need extra support so having strong Literacy and Maths skills in necessary.

You will need be great at building relationships, rapport and getting the students engaged and focused in a vibrant and creative way. As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant you will be supported by experienced class teachers and an outstanding SLT.
