The Role
You will take responsibility for the leadership and management of key areas for all staff
You will contribute to the overall leadership and management, playing a key role in the development of its core operations
Key responsibilities:
• Key leadership and management support to the Director, Deputy Head and staff in order to achieve high standards of student performance and achievement
• Lead operational and day-to-day management in the absence of the Deputy Head
• Line manage T.A.s/L.S.A.s and teachers
• Lead on either teaching and learning or behaviour management to ensure improved behavior, attainment and successful reintegration of students
• Positively help learners to make the transition to further education

• establish strong working relationships with parents and teachers in mainstream schools
