Qualities needed for assistants role:
• Childcare experience with different age groups and different special needs.
• Good initiative
• Creative
• Ability to follow instructions without constant supervision
• Ability to use a variety of materials and teaching techniques.
• Ability follow deadlines
• Trustworthy
• Flexible
• Ability to follow Individual Educational Plans and think of activities to meet these targets.
• Ability to keep records and type up reports.
• Good Literacy and Numeracy skills.
