An exciting opportunity for a Senior Teachers Post in a Special School in South East London.
Do you have:
• a minimum of 3 years teaching experience, preferably across phases
• experience coaching, mentoring and developing staff to a very high standard
• experience with successfully raising literacy or numeracy attainment in small group teaching of children working at National Curriculum levels for GCSE and BTEC.
• resolve to make a real difference to the lives of pupils with EBD’s/SEN

Our client is a South East London based Special School that has an exciting position for an exceptional and motivated Special Needs Teacher.

Our client promotes early intervention based on focused and explicit teaching of expected learning behaviours and the core subject areas.

The School promotes a high staff ratio allowing for significant tailoring to individual needs. Pupils are dual-rolled and continue to attend significant events at their main school to ensure successful reintegration later in there year group.

Following a successful pilot year our client is looking for an exceptional teacher who is able to teach pupils to make rapid progress, and who is confident in their ability to manage and develop young people’s behaviour for learning.

The successful candidates will be outstanding teachers who are committed, skilled and passionate about their work and have an absolute belief that all children can and will achieve.
