London SELearning Support Assistant required for a Special Needs School based in South East London. The successful candidate should have experience of working with children of Special Education Needs in a SEN or mainstream School.
The school is looking for someone for both now and September.
The candidate should be dedicated, hardworking and committed to working with children of Special Education Needs.
If you are a flexible team player with a strong capacity for this work, then this could be an ideal position for you.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months SEN experience in one of the following:
• MLD
• SLD
• PMLD
• EBD
• Autism
• ASD
• ADHD/Dyslexia
The school is situated in the heart of South East London and is easily accessible by both Over ground and Underground.
The school is a brilliant place to work and has been rated 'Outstanding’ by Ofsted. The school has friendly, experienced staff and outstanding support procedures in place.
Students have varied challenges. The ethos of the school is to encourage, respect, support and build self-esteem, with the ultimate goal to prepare students for a return to mainstream schools.
