How We Work

Remedy Independent Services (RIS) is a multidisciplinary service delivery group affiliated with Remedy Recruitment Group Limited. RIS Group consist of a management team that includes a qualified social worker, psychologist, qualified therapist and solicitor. As a management team we are responsible for overseeing all specialist projects - in effect, becoming team or project managers in accordance with the scope of the assignment. Through our affiliation with Remedy Recruitment, we have access to additional staff to meet the requirement of any project - no matter how small or large.

RIS Team Mentality

Each new member of RIS Group is taken through a rigorous interview process by the management team - in which an oral presentation on specialist practice area is required. All successful inductees must have a minimum of seven years of frontline experience - with an addition three years of management experience preferred. Despite the wealth of experience and confidence of team members, no one is left to work in isolation. Even if an assignment requires the work of one professional, s/he has at their disposal access to expert knowledge of their colleagues within the group. This in no way circumvents or usurp the authority of the client's internal team; rather, it alleviates the sense of isolation which can be pervasive in independent project work.
